Aarti Sarin Jain is an avid baker with a lifelong passion for healthy, gluten-free baking. She runs a certified and exclusive gluten-free test kitchen. She discovered the joys of gluten-free living after her elder son was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. She often experiments with new forms and varieties of gluten-free food without compromising either on taste or quality.

Aarti is equipped with a decade-long background in the corporate and hospitality sector. She started with the ‘The Oberoi Group Of Hotels’ and then worked with STAR TV and Yum! Brands. Over the last few years, she has successfully designed her personal brand of gluten-free food which is centered around a simple concept: gluten-free food is not only healthier, it is tastier and leads to better life-outcomes.

Healthy baking has now became a personal lifestyle and mantra for happy living. She lives in New Delhi with her charming husband and lovely three children.
